To be an artist (besides being a hospital proffesional ) means you see things from a more sentimental (or sth like that) option than an ordinary (some believe we are aliens, you see, these are CERN years) man or woman sometimes.
That's my point of view of the opening session in London from 3 to 5 of May 2015.
No matter how tired or frustrated someone may become by turbulence during the flight or travelling by train from Gatwick to London and waiting at Victoria station for information and Oyster to be reloaded, the sudden beauty of the city architecture hits the eye.
It was the clean roads and coaches, people from all over the world, others running with an ipad or iphone and app searching, tour busses and a stunning sunny evening!
Finally at the hotel where a smiling lady was waiting for us , caring for everyone and everything: Tracy!
She is the right person to the right position. A great host!
Sessions were explanatory, informative, well-organised from her.
Thank you Tracy!!
Later, meeting all the other participants for dinner, when everybody was chating, I thought: how nice it is to come from many different countries, so different but so alike, gathered for one reason, to exchange knowledge, experience and thoughts even solutions to practical problems each of us may face at work or organization or hospital! In common? We are all focusing on quality and innovation in hospitals. We are here, I believe, for the people who needs our services and deserve the best services from well informed and high educated people all over Europe.
And ready to go! (Norwich)
Nice to meet you all!
See you at the end of May!
Mina
